established in 1997, Shanghai Art Fair, after 13-year development, has now become one of the largest and most internationalized art shows in Asia and also the landmark event that promotes cultural communication between China and foreign countries.

SICCA is a society organization registered in Shanghai with the objective to promote media and cultural exchange between Shanghai and organizations overseas. Members of SICCA include major media groups in Shanghai, such as Shanghai Media Group, Liberation Daily Press Group, and Wenhui-Xinmin Press Group; government authorities in charge of media, cultural, or foreign-related affairs, including Shanghai Municipal Information Office, Shanghai Municipal Office of Foreign Affairs, and Shanghai Municipal Culture, Radio Broadcasting, Film and Television Administration.
